acceptable rust on r32 gtr?

just wondering if anyone could give me opinions on these rust photo's of an R32 GTR .

I really like the car although Im not too sure whether I should buy it or not (currently in Japan).

the car has had a light repair on the rear right panel and the rust present is also in the rear. tip of right frame also has a small dent.

Is it something I should stay clear of or is the damage/rust not a major issue. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

no way..

Water can get in the boot easily enough causing rust.. but you have to ask "just what else" elsewhere else that is much worse to fix.

looks like they have sprayed the bottom of the chasis to cover/fix the rust, but its still there breeding by the looks of things.
