Data Logger is like new. Comes with all original wiring, sensors, software and manuals.

Selling as im getting rid of car and all associated fluff, a fresh start next year will see me after a slightly higher end unit 2nd time around.

Basically is a 4 in 1 gauge, with lap timer, shift lights and warning lights at user defined points. Why spend $1300 on Defi Gauges with only peak recall, when a data logger offers more flexibility, is downloadable to your PC. Can be configured to do just about anything, you can monitor corner speeds, lateral G etc etc. Great for ppl involved in club level racing looking to understand what their car is or isnt doing.

From their website...

MyChron3 Gold: Overview

The MyChron3 Gold Auto is designed for racers who analyze their data on their PC. The MyChron3 Gold Auto has all of the features of the MyChron3 Plus Auto, with the addition of an internal lateral G sensor, more memory and up to 200Hz sampling and recording per channel. The lateral G sensor lets you create a map of the track when you download the data to your PC.

In addition, the MyChron 3 Gold Auto has 4 fully configurable analog inputs: temperatures (thermocouples – thermoresistors), pressures (Oil – Fuel – Airbox), potentiometers, potentiometers (suspension travel – brake pedal displacement – throttle pedal displacement – steering angle – roll angle), Lambda sond, “on-board/stock” sensors, or custom made sensor configurations, gear position (either sampled from an “on-board” gear sensor or calculated from RPM and speed values), and lap times.

The MyChron3 Gold Auto features a beautiful backlight display and built-in 200 Hz data logger. View the playback on screen or download the data to your PC via the high speed USB port. Use our powerful Race Studio 2 software to analyze the data on your PC. The MyChron3 Gold Auto comes with 8MB of memory, able to record hours of data on all inputs.

    • Hey, like MBS206 mentioned; I dropped off my short block and rotating assembly Monday. With a quick verification, he believes he can clear it up with just a hone and new rings but he will confirm once the rotating assembly is out. If I were you, I would either go stroker or just replace the block if it does need to be bored over to next size. Block is cheaper then forged pistons.
    • live in the UK, and London has introduced a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) that requires individuals to pay £13 if their car doesn’t meet the required emissions standards.   The standard specifies that NOx emissions must be less than 0.08 g/km (i.e., the vehicle must meet Euro 4 standards or better, which generally results in NOx levels of around 0.08 grams per kilometer).   I reached out to Nissan UK, and they advised me to contact Nissan Japan directly. Does anyone have contact details for Nissan Japan or any certifications of conformity that show the emission details or NOx levels for the RB25DET engine?   Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
    • these guys recommended to me and supplied custom 4 inch mufflers, couldn't be happier. They will spec a muffler to your preferred level of sound and know RB's well.  https://spmufflers.com.au/
    • Yeah this used to happen to me every year and a quick call would at least raise the agreed value back up / reduce the premium, but usually both.    That said for the first time on the renewal this year our agreed values went up or stayed the same over the fleet and the premium came down so that was a nice surprise.
    • I don't even go that hard core. I just say "how do you expect me to stay, when you increase my premium, and reduce the value of the car?"   Then play a game of shut the f**k up. Most of the time it's a computer that did the adjustment, and the people will happily change it around for you.
