Help: Whats the switch infront of my glovebox for???

Hello i have this switch in front of my glovebox(where it opens up) like on the top part, when i bought it privately the guy said it got disconnected through compliance, Anyone know what this switch is for.......its bugging me!! lol

If you're talking about the centre console one with a head light symbol on it behind the gear stick then it controls the factory in-headlight fog lights and the ones that were optional on the typeM front bar. It allows you to operate them individually.

ah ok is that all lol, by individually you mean turning left or right fog lights on?

no I mean either the ones in the headlights, the ones on the front bar or both.

i only got the ones in the headlights and their turned on by the switch on the dashboard cluster part lol.......Don't have any in front bar. So it's' a switch for nothing now i guess lol

Yeah, mine had a GTR front bar although that switch did operate the fog lights. When I took the gauge surround off the fog light button was disconnected and run from there to another plug which hooked it up to the centre console....

I disconnected it here and plugged it back into the dash switch. Must be a factory thing.
