Lets have some serious suggestions for a venue people - Richard suggested Mongolian BBQ in Chatswood which is always good, altneratively lets hear some possible venues for good italian, or perhaps even mexican again

hehe why not Nick?

You need to ask? The food is terrible, the venue is lousy, there is still no parking

We tend to prefer a nice venue for our monthly dinners, I think I speak for everyone when I say that an RSL $5 steak isnt really what we are looking for

Some RSL's and clubs are bad and I wouldn't want to go to them but some are good. You would have to pick carefully and we would need a couple of people to vouch for them.

What is this Bungalow 8 thing? More info please.

All that said, I'm not sure we can come to this one. Gotta see how some other things go first.

Bungalow 8 is a nice bar, and have a decent menu... Especially good on Tuesday nights when they have all-you-can-eat Mussels and chunky home-style fries for $18!! Perhaps we can save B8 for next month and move the dinner to a tuesday?

Parking is a pain in the a55, and it's much better if you don't drive and can down a couple of beers with those mussels!

I won't be attending this month's dinner, have other plans :)

I don't care were we go fellas but if parking and the like is a concern perhaps mong BBQ is a good spot? bung alow date will be fine if that's what the people want.

I'm out again this month (another bloody work function) but keen for Bungalow 8 the month after.

I'm not a mussels fan but they do the best fish and chips ever.

I might be able to make it tis time

The only problem is parking & late night shopping, but it should not be too bad at 7:30pm:matrix:
