YAY! GTR Cooler came today...

all up cost me $500... which is a bit of a shi7 considering the cooler itself only cost me $70

now i need some piping.

it's a bit dented though, where'd you get it for $70? japan yahoo auctions?

aparently the condition is good for a used cooler.... the dents are ok as long as there are no leaks.

mark from centreline got it for me off a mate of his at a wreckers.

if only i could have got it shipped over in a car or something... wouldnt have cost me sfa!

yes the r33 coolers flow alot better than the r32 1'c!

my bro in law asked me something interesting yesterday....

with that in place wont it restrict the amount of air getting to the radiator and thus over heat the engine??

the cooler sits way lower than the radiator, so it shouldnt effect it!!

temp goes up a bit...the air flows through the cooler to the radiator, the air is just warmer when it hits the radiator.

EVO's have 4 water sprays, 2 for cooler and 2 for radiator, I assume this is to overcome the problem of cold air for both.
