Boost keeps rising

Ok I have a R32 RB20det actuator on a HKS GT2535 turbo.With the Profec B fully disconnected boost will go to 16psi.It always went to 12psi before but not now.This makes it hard for me to set my boost coz it keeps rising.

There are no splits in the hose,hose clamps are tight and I connected my bike pump upto the actuator and pumped it open so it's not seized.

With the Profec B connected I set high boost at 16psi wich it goes to but high in the revs it is heading toward 18/19psi WTF help.

Anyone in perth got a spare actuator I can try coz this is bs!

try disconecting your w/g actuator and tieng off the w/g in the fully open position then go for a drive and see how much boost it makes then youll know if its your actuator/controller/muscle line or not.

I did that today and it made 1psi for a few secs then nothing.I also tried different hose and it still went to 16psi.Also I tried another RB20 actuator and it went to 16psi.****ing ghey
