recommended fuel pressure

Hi just wondering what fuel pressure is the standard for most of you guys at idle and at say 19psi of boost.Thanks.

factory set presure is 2.55kg at idle, or 3.05kg at atmosphere.

When you are measuring pressure and injector sizes, what pressure should I use to calculate?

I have always used adjustable fuel pressure reg's with gadges and set them to 40psi at idle... By the time 0 atmos comes it should be about 50-55psi then when boost comes on im not under the bonnet looking so i dont know... LOL

Most manufacturers of jap injectors rate them at 3kg at idle, so around 43psi. I was told by Jap performance mech that this is best for optimum spray pattern, and should always be used with upgraded injectors.

to convert kg to psi multiply by 14.5
