got one put in, having a bit of trouble setting it up.

the boost is 12psi at 5000rpm then it goes down to 9psi at 7000rpm.

no matter how i set the SET & GAIN in does the same thing.

any idea's

if your setup cannot support 12 psi at those revs no matter what you set the boost controller to it wont do it eg turbo too small or exhaust too restrictive etc my 180 drops to 9-10psi at 7000rpm too.

and i have the same controller.

Turn the set gain to zero to start with and "set" to where you want it.

(this is a % of max possible boost your turbo will support)

Then adjust the gain(controls how quick or slow it comes on boost) untill you get it to hold the boost level to redline etc.

Once you have the boost running to what you want then adjust the 'set gain"(what pressure it will hold the wastegate shut till) up until you boost starts to spike and then just bump it down a bit.

But as warriorbrawl said if you setup wont allow it then no mater what you set the bc to do it will not hold boost.

set the warning a 3 psi higher than you max psi!
