Help with R32 Gts-t (please)

Hey guys my r32 gts-t has packed in an oilpump. I need to know a few things while I have the engine out of the car.

1 - Would GTR valve springs be a good upgrade for an engine that is going to push 260rwkw?

2 - Would an RB25 5-spead box be a good upgrade?

3 - if so how do you get the speedo to work?

4 - would a RB30 oil pump be a good upgrade or is there a better pump?

5 - Any other good upgrades while the engine is out?

I have

Mod'd ECU

3" exhaust

bigger turbo (vg30/rb25 Hybrid turbo) (Good or not?)

I really need to get this car back on the road asap so please if you can help me out with any of the bits to I would be very greatful

Has anyone got an idea about the oil pump?

Isn't the RB30 pump the same as all/most of the RB pumps?

From the looks of it the pump has an extra bolt hole which looks like its for a pully or something. anyone got any ideas? would this pump work well? would it last? or is an rb25 oilpump better?
