R32 GTR For sale with original 21,000km's

History and general appearance of the vehicle shows these km's are original. (all interior, seats, steering wheel like brand new)

This vehicle has aftermarket 17" wheels, KAKIMOTO exhaust, MP3/CD player. There are no further modifications. The car has never been boosted and was imported personally by its 45 year old owner.

The vehicle has current registration and will be sold with a current victorian roadworthy certificate.

Its an ideal car for someone that is looking for a GTR, That isnt dodgey (like the other 90% of them out there)

Details from the ad when the vehicle was imported:

1989 Nissan Skyline R32 GTR 2.6 litre twin turbo coupe

5 speed

17,500 kms (with service history)

Gunmetal grey

320 km/h NISMO speedo was factory fitted when new and has been verified in the log books

17" Aftermarket wheels

APEXi AFC

Drilled rotors

KAKIMOTO exhaust

Twin airpods

Strut tower brace

All power options and airconditioning

Condition notes: In excellent condition inside and out. No accident history. With such low kms, this is an extremely rare find.

This vehicle does have a 320km/h speedo and The logbooks are missing. I have been in many arguments with Geoff from Prestige Motorsport. He supposibly posted me the logbooks which never arrived.

I can provide more, high quality photos on request

I am asking $26,000 firm for the car. Please PM me or call me on 0403916715.

Im sure your spot on with that comment............................................

Is the steering wheel / gear knob OEM? Could you please post pics as these are a good indication of wear.

thanks,

Michael

The steering wheel and gear knob are both factory. There is no wear on both of these

i am interested in the car if the kms are genuine, however that intake manifold looks a little suspicious.... looks like its had a lashig of black paint.......hmm

A viewing of the car will indicate the km's it has done. it is totally immaculate.

Things I noticed,

Fade on the door handles inside...so either its been out in the sun all that time...or...

Agree - the inlet manifold looks very sus...

Also, General engine dirt doesnt seem to look like 20,000k's to me..

First give away of the non-genuine kms...is the Nismo speedo...as they arent factory...

clap clap to the primary school kid for stating that. didnt you think i would of thought of that.

this is an exception. please dont state the obvious

No need to be rude.... .....just in case u didnt notice...as I have a GTR with a nismo speedo that reads 6000kms. As I know the cars very well...I have just sold a genuine 38000km black R32 GTR and it is immaculate with not a mark in the interior, bodywork/paintwork and engine bay....If you want some advice on how to tell if the kms are genuine...send me a pm...and I will try and help you....

Guys, cut the banter regarding the k's on the clock...

Granted - it has an aftemarket speedo, so only your undertaker would know for sure...

However, Terry believes it close to the mark referring to the condition of the car...

Leave it at that..

    • Can you enlighten me on your best practice regarding these hoses? I don't wanna make the same mistake if you already got a better solution.
    • I have some silicon hoses already, for example engine to watercooler. But yeah, I get the sentiment. The lower intercooler silicon hose is drippy too, despite not being very old. Does anyone except Nismo make these same lines out of rubber? Long term I think they'd be the better replacement, especially since the car won't live as hard a life anymore as in the past nor be driven as often.
    • I know most issues are just age related. But for example the turbo oil drains, there is dash adapters for these and you can just make a braided teflon line for them and (probably) never have them leak again. Also not terribly expensive. Can you even get the factory hardlines from new? Or are they repairable if they break?
    • I know it'd be much much easier with the tool. I hope I can find one that won't take 3 weeks to get to me an isn't a "Asian models kit" that has tons of (to me) useless adapters for a load of cash.   It's a summer project/fun car. I do wanna enjoy it, without endless downtime over and over. So yeah I would even go and buy an engine crane + stand to save myself the trouble of hard to reach or unreachable places going bad later on. Would also be a good opportunity to put on a Fluidamper, renew the mains seals and stuff like that. I have some money on the side that I can use for that, what I wouldn't want to or be able to do is let everything be done by a shop or have my engine completely rebuild right now. I intend to do most of the "doable" jobs myself. Pulling an engine can't be that hard, can it?
    • Evening all. Got this odd issue with my R34 GTT. If I let the car idle for around 15 seconds or more (even when cold) and I jab the throttle a bit, a decently sized plume of blue/grey smoke comes out the exhaust. Doesn't smoke when idling alone, just when giving it some gas after idling. No smoke on cold start or from what I know, normal driving. Not 100% sure about smoke on decel but I don't think there's any. Any pointers on what I should start doing to troubleshoot it? Or if anyone has experienced the same I'd love to get some insight. Cheers.
