go down to the local car shop ie super cheap, and get a spacing tool, they cost bugger all, and if ya running stock boost 1.1 is fine, but if you go beyond say 10 pounds then you will need to drop the spacing to .8 maybe even .7 depending on if you have changed your timing to suit the amount of boost you are running.
