hi

i'm checking the gap on my plugs

i've got iridium ngk bcpr6eix-11

i've checked them they are all about 1.2mm

is that right for iridium plugs??

as i've seen posted before people say .8mm is the gap

is it same for iridium plugs and normal plugs???

if you got them suffixed with 11, they should be a 1.1mm gap.

if you're running stock standard setup, they should be 1.05 (or 1.1 I guess)

If you've got mods, run them at 0.8mm.

go down to the local car shop ie super cheap, and get a spacing tool, they cost bugger all, and if ya running stock boost 1.1 is fine, but if you go beyond say 10 pounds then you will need to drop the spacing to .8 maybe even .7 depending on if you have changed your timing to suit the amount of boost you are running.
