HID for R32 Skyline

I tried to search for HID, no results.

I've been living with my R32 GT-R for a few years now. The headlights on the car are so weak at night, it's very dangerous.

I tried some better bulbs, no good.

I'm thinking about HID now. I have the projector style headlights. Has anyone done this at all?

I'm a little worried about the heat in the engine bay melting the ballasts/wires as I have had one of my front headlights stop working due to the heat melting wires in there!!! Insane but true. I'm sure a vented bonnet would help that situation.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated on HID's. Thatks guys.

I am looking at these, so cheap so I'd be happy even if they lasted only a year! But will they be an easy fit? That's what I am trying to figure out.

I'm not 100% sure.

I was planning to get them as well, I just figured that you pull out the old globe, and put the new one in, and put the ballast and cabling somewhere under the hood.

Apperently we can use H3 to replace the STUPID H3C and all we need is earth the earth wire on the H3 somewhere which is easy. So H3 HID is the option i'm looking into at the moment.

Availability, not bright enough. I have the RayBrig Metal Sand 4500k and i still have problem at nights.

I'm positive they have H3C, the groupbuy thing on NissanSilvia for the same product had H3C.
