I'll be more than happy to help when i can though. and if thats in a few years then thats fine! I know that most of us on the forums aren't really looking to buy or sell right now and thats understandable as we are mostly a young bunch, so the biggest thing that will help to get me started is referrals to people's friends and family etc.
