They dramatically reduce the temperature radiated from the turbo, from 600C down to about 40C. It's a very effective heat shield, protects your engine bay from heat, and will reduce intake temps aswell.

nice, i would like to get one (to suit t04 size turbo) but wont be ready to buy yet untill 2weeks (no money )
