anyone else?

I also have to quit a Western Digital WD2000JD 150Mb/s 7,200rpm 200Gb SATA Hard Drive (customer changed his mind) - it cost me $190 wholesale a month ago, will let it go for $160. 1 Year warranty. Drive is BRAND NEW. This is a top of the line drive at under cost price!

N1 - sorry mate can't get laptops 2nd hand, only new.

MadGT4 - they are Seagate ST310014ACE

ST310014ACE Configuration and Specifications

U Series X

Capacity: 10.2 GB

I just put one in each of the machines I have listed for sale and they run WinXP beautifully, even though they are 'lower end' machines.

Hi Andrew

Pawley and I can donate a computer monitor to you if you think you can repair it.

It's that one that your lovely wife helped me escort from our neighbours front lawn.

It flickers off occasionally and comes back on when it feels like it, but if you could fix it, it would make a good monitor, might even buy it from you when it's fixed!

sorry Mel, it almost always more expensive to fix monitors than they are worth. You might as well use it until it competely blows up, or bin it. Thanks for the thought :) - how did your car turn out?

Andrew
