Top Gear Speeds in R33 GTST

Hi guys, just want to see what are the top gear speeds in different GTSTs...

1st Gear = ???? KM/H in ???? RPM

2nd Gear = ???? KM/H in ???? RPM

3rd Gear = ???? KM/H in ???? RPM

4th,5th....no reverse gear thanks...=)

been a while since i had the old r33.. but

1st was about 40km/hr

2nd up to 70km/hr

3rd up to 120km/hr

4th up to 200km/hr

5th.. who knows.. fast ~250km/hr ish

all @ 7000rpm

2nd till 100km/h

3rd till 150km/h

4th till 200km/h ???

5th....not sure, mine still has speed limiter so i haven't been above that. These are the values i got out of the manual, also i've tried and tested, seem pretty close

I think I calculted it out based on 3000rpm at 110km/h that 5th gear at 7000rpm should see 256 km/h

obviously the rb25 box has a longer ratio on 5th compared to the 20 box then?

wouldnt mind going >60 without high revs drinking up my fuel

2nd can get past 100kms, more around 110kms at 7,000rpm?

253 @ f**k knows what revs, I wasnt really watching, according to the HKS turbo timer/rev speed meter in my car. How accuate that is I dont know.

1st - about 55 to 60 kph

2nd - 105 kph

3rd - about 150 ish (i think, maybe i'll have to double check :crazy: )

4th - about 200 kph

5th - way off the clock at 6000 rpm! (i'd guess about 220 to 230 kph!)

my car is doing about 3000 rpm at 112kph

therefore. 6000 = 224,

7000 = 224 + 37 = 261kph

i remember sydneykid worked this out. top of fifth was around 270km/hr?! So your about right bass junky.

is there anyway off estimating reasonable accurately past 180?

seeing as 140 is oposite 0, does that mean 280 would be back round to 0?

which would mean directly down would be around 210

Grab a spreadsheet, do a search and find the circumference of the tyres you are running, then combined with your gearbox ratios and final drive ratio you can work it out very accurately....do std R33s have enough grunt to rev out top gear, or does drag etc get too high and the engine call it quits at sat 6,500rpm?

2nd 110 @ 8000 never need to do that but

3rd dont know didnt look

5th the apexi RSM said 260 at 6500

i dont have a standard diff its a machincal locker 2 way what ever you call it.
