im putting a 33 turbo on a 32

ive got a flange off a r34 and in has a hole in the middle, look like some sort of vacuum.

anyways the rb20 dosnt have one, and ive been driving round all morning looking for someone that will weld alloy....

no luck

im thinking i shouldnt leave it open to atmo so should i hammer a lil bolt in there??

what should i do?
