Hey Greg; is there any harm in getting a bigger pump now instead of the smaller one? I know its rated for higher power figures which i currently don't have, but you never know in the future?

Hi mate

There is not much point going too big.

While it is best to have some spare capacity - putting a Bosch 044 into a stock GTS is not very sensible:) On the other hand a Bosch 040 is going to more than enough for 90%+ of modded skylines which have the 'usual' mods.

Flow rates and horse power the pumps can support.

Bosch 040 pump is 235 liters per hour and supports 520 bhp at 73.5 PSI
