R34 Gt-t, Mabe R33 Powersteer Pump Question

Hey,

I was just wondering, on the r34 power steering hose (not sure if its on the r33) where it bolts onto the pump. There are 2 small hoses that come off near the fittings, i assume its either a vacum or holds pressure. I was wondering what these are for and where do they plug into the engine
