Running No Bov

Ok guys, Will i harm my GT30bb with no BOV?

i know its not good for a standard turbo, but what about a aftermarket turbo?

Yeh i know it will create lag since the air runs back through the blades, but mine is autotrans.

i was running no bov on td06 for about 6 months... but im going run one... just in case

Yeh, In the HPI videos, those cars are running no BOV. You can tell when they do a a full burnout and then let off the throttle, a real loud flatter goes off. Just curious...Any more help? i dont want to screw up my car if its not good.

no i got defected for bov soo yeh had to remove it. i was thinking of relocating it so it can be hidden, but that will cost $$

LoL, i think it should be fine, As long as they don't see a BOV, it will be A O K , although my wastegate is sticking out right there....they might think thats a BOV..oh wells, i got myself an engineers cert. Should give me some Leeway

Yo E - why not just get your stock valve put back on ?

You're gonna need to sort that out and save money for a gearbox cooler now!
