Turbo Timer Wiring Loom Question

I recently had a cheap Chinese alarm put into my car, ever since my turbo timer stopped functioning.

I ripped everything apart and looked what wires were cut and wanted to hook the TT back up, however looking at all the wiring nothing was actually cut except the wire that goes to the starter motor which now runs through a relay.

Could this be my mystery wire where I must attach the TT? because nothing else has changed!

My only concern is the TT doesnt need to crank the engine, but maybe it needs to have access to the start wiring or something? anyone have any ideas?
