How about something like this for WA people.

I mean, we could have a database with People's rides in it, even if some of the Skyline drivers are not in our club, we could list any distinguishing marks/custom plates etc.

So when someone goes "who's this 'line driving around" we can say, yeah, that's so and so.....

Just an idea.

So if you've got custom plates.... we should make a database ?

well i got a spread sheet setup for that already for club use purpose.

but can easy change bits for this purpose

eg

name strick9

car peice of junk hyundai

plates who cares its a hyundai

bodykit see above

zorst above

stickers

color

etc

hmm ive thought of a system like this before, but for unmarked cop cars. The idea was to take down the plate and have the list in your car so if you see one you don't know if it is or not, check it and find out, but of course if it isnt on the list it could be

a> one that hasnt been seen before; or

b> isnt one

it'd be a piece of piss to write a web interface one in perl with password protection in a flat file format. might give it a go tonight

it wouldnt be too hard to set up a managed database online with an admin account to enter the info. It would be a big job but it would stop ppl entering bogus info.
