May be this would be better in the suspension section, but hey what the hell.

I've sort a set my car up for road and track work, I've got front and rear strut braces, front and rear white line sway bars with nolathane bushes, king springs and bilstein shocks all round. The car handles very well, almost like it's on rails :D

i would've put this in the suspension section but i figured that a turbo car would have a different setup to NA cars. for example a GTR has AWD therefore would perhaps need a different setup. ALso i thought that it would be good to see what us NA guys roll around on.

Front and rear strut braces

ARC swaybars front and rear

Bilstein shocks

Apexi springs

Adjustable castor rods

Hicas lock bar

The swaybars were the definitely the best value in terms of cost/benefit. Springs also gave a nice improvement.

A mate of mine has just a rollcage, JIC coilovers and a front strut brace in his R32, all the rest stock - that things drives like its on rails.

Well, you could always then specify in the topic that you're talking about a specific application.

An R32 GTSt has a different mass, weight distribution and suspension setup to an R34 GTt, so maybe you think we should break it down into a specific forum for a certain car?

Anyway, I've got a set of adjustable dampers with stock springs but my swaybars have been a lot more beneficial to handling.
