The members section is there - I have no problem with it.

It sounds like you are having a permission problem - you need to let one of the Vic Moderators know that you don't have access.

I've lost acccess to the members section as well. It was fine before the upgrade, then I went away for a week and now everything has changed.

Who usually deals with these problems?

Actually it's Shan (fonkeymonkey) that is slowly putting all the premissions into place for members.

It should be complete shortly and all members should have access.
