Installing Intercooler's

I am planning on installing a front mount intercooler. i want to know is there anything else i would need to install when i do this.

I just installed mine on the weekend.

I had to make my own pipes up and I went over the fan instead of back under.

If you go back under then it is alot easier, esp if you have a kit for a GTT.

If you DIY piping and go over the fan, then be prepared to lose the 'neo' engine cover and trim the fan down. Oh and also cut a hole under the battery area.

Tin snips... a blade...

It's just thick plastic and there's not too much to take off

Wouldn't it be easier to maybe redrill a few holes in the bracket that mounts onto the head so it pulls the pipe away from the fan blades instead of having to trim them?
