I'm wanting to upgrade my injectors because I think mine would be maxing out about now. I have a RB25, exhaust, fmic, fuel pump, pod, haltech E6K, hi-flowed hybrid etc. and it's making about 250rwkw on 12.5Psi.

I got told to get a set of Nismo 740cc injecters, should they be able to do the job fine keeping in mind I will be upgrading later on and wanting more power? Cheapest I have found is $810 delivered, anyone know anywhere to get them better?

Would a generic brand do just as good of a job?

One mroe thing, if I install them then plan on driving to the dyno shop to get tuned. Will the car still run right? Or would I cause some damage???

Sorry for all the Q's but I need to fnd out beforehand..

Cheers.

I'm after injectors too, group buy doesnt seem like a bad idea

Cheapest I have found them so far is $890 delivered, from a Sponser of nissansilvia.com. He is in Tokyo so if you want to try and organise a group buy I would be in for it.

Sounds like I won't be able to drive to the shop then, I will have to try and figure out another way..

if the haltech has a "gross fuel map trim" function like most ECU's do (mostly used to quickly diagnose fuelling problems) then you can probably get away with trimming the whole fuel map by a factor of

370/740 = 0.5

and it should run OK till you get it to the tuners. just don't flog it on the way there!

thats pretty cheap guys, is that the final price $810 del, or is there that possibility of being taxed by customs and gst ..... coz i went for some sard injectors with adapters for $1100.

i know nengun are selling the nismos for $940 but there is always that possibility of being taxed so i didnt bother and just payed the extra money to get the sards quicker and no more hiden costs...

How would I do that?? Not too familiar with the Haltech..

Where did you get $810 delivered from? I thought it was $870 delivered?? And I'm guessing that would be including everything?

Any word from Nengun B33st???
