Performance Concerns

hey guys

great work on getting everything working so far and so far its all looking good and working which would have been an absolute nightmare i could imagine. ive noticed performance is a little slow at times. i got an error before

mySQL query error: SELECT * FROM ibf_skin_sets WHERE set_skin_set_id=2

mySQL error: Lost connection to MySQL server during query

mySQL error code:

selecting * from a table will bypass any indexes you've done and do a full table scan unless you implicity done an index on every row, and then if that's been done its not considered efficient. just something i noticed not sure if you knew about this or not

Still getting finished, but you will definately notice performance gains now.

i am also have some speed issures with some pages, some open really quickly, but some take forever and then might freeze in the middle. I have had trouble with my computer in the past but all other sites are working ok at the monment. Great job you guys are doing and we all really appreiate it heaps. Andrew

I'm having the same speed issues/freezing.

It's like a flashback to the good ole dialup days
