There's no such thing that I'm aware of. Radiator hoses from Repco, etc, and maybe heater hoses, but there are a lot of little water/air hoses some of which you might be able replace using generic hose bought by the metre. The more specialised ones you'd have to get from Nissan (and they ain't cheap...).
