Live Chat?

Hi ppls,

I've been thinking about this one for a while.

Is there any chance we can integrate some sort of live chat in the state sections that are only available to maybe those who donate as a nice perk?

It would be awesome to have one in the state sections and possibly a logged one for forced induction or where ever.

All mods should have mod privileges in these chat sections, this would ensure there is some one fairly close that can kick some arse should the need arise.
