second comes after first, first being the launch gear.

Real nasty crunch, like asif i didn't have the clutch in.

I'll let it slide and try and work around it for the time being

jago does the crunch happen when car is stationary putting it in first? or only when you change quickly when driving?

option number two, same deal when im downshifting, only in second gear, all the others are fine and dandy.

hmmm, then nice new redline oil is the place to start, but if they synchros are worn sooner or later you will be needing new ones The oil might buy you 12-18 months though

I have received no contact from him.

We are now fully booked so if he or anyone else wants in they will go on the reserve list. The reserve list will probably be used because you do get people having to pull out but it's all about first in first served.
