Help With Rb20det Smoking!!!!

Hey guys need a little help. oil pump went a few weeks back and the car stopped. we towed it home put 4 lts oil in it and started it ran fine. we then got a gtr oilpump and put it in but now it smokes when you hold steady at 2000rpm or on backing off from hi revs. can anyone give me some ideas of what the prob might be. we have comp tested the motor all came up with 145 except cyl 3 at 125. we are going to do a leak down to see if its a valve or ring.

I could use some advise. Please help

Too much engine oil maybe, check the level..

hey checked the oil was a bit over but still smokes. spoken to a few ppl that think its the valve stem seals.

No sure about we comp tested the cyl's cyc3 is the only issue on about 125psi but it wouldnt be smoking as much as it is.

'when backing off from high revs' sounds like valve stem seals.

does it constantly puff smoke on idle after a cold start?

on idle its ok no smoke but at any set rpm when in vacume it blows but under boost there is not that much
