YES.

It is a DIRECT BOLT ON REPLACEMENT.

one thing you need to get with the rb25 turbo is the first part of the intercooler piping.. it is an ELBOW from the turbo to the intercooler pipe.

the RB20 one is slightly smaller and will need redrilling for the bolts if you want to use it.

also when you put the rb25 turbo on, use the wastegate actuator from the RB20 turbo.

that way you get 10 psi from the new turbo as standard rather than 6-7 psi with the rb25 atuator.

If you have an earlier model r32 then you may need to change the water lines as the banjos on the turbo are a different size.

Later model rb20's use the same fittings so you may be lucky.
