Guys,

Last night i accidentally played around with my turbo timer settings

I think i went into the A/F and 02 settings. This happen in the morning

Later that night i was driving home and noticed after 3000 rpm the engine wouldn’t respond and boost wouldn’t kick, after half a second later it responds and the car jumps also i get a pop noise from my exhaust....

im not a expert but i think i stuffed it up by playing around with the settings or

because of the mods ive been doing i need a new flue pump or my air filter is clogged

Does anyone here know how to return a apexi turbo timer to default settings?

And up to how much kws does a stock fuel pump support? (r33 gts-t s11)

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated

It probably isn't the turbo timer (Apexi Auto Timer?) The (predicted) A/F and 02 values are just metered and you can't change anything related to the actual settings of the car.

But looks like your ECU 'limp home' mode has been activated.. it sets rev limit at around 2500rpm and runs rich to protect the engine against damage. Check your ECU diagnostics and clean your AFM.

Stock GTST pump is good for around 200kw at the wheels. I didn't have any issues at that power with my standard fuel pump, but I decided to upgrade it to a Bosch 044 anyway, just to err on the safe side of caution.

sorry to be a pest but how the hell do i check my "ECU diagnostics"?

First step is to find the ECU and start your car. Look at the side of the ECU and see if there is a LED that is red. That will indicate the car is in limp mode.

If so then do the diagnostics.. which you should be able to search for!

Found my ECU its under the passengers seat , started my car looked under and didn’t see any red LED, only saw cables.

I changed my air filter back to the stock one unplugged my AFM plug then plugged it back in Rebooted my ECU by taking the negative off my battery drained the juice out of the car ...put it back on then went to drive the car same thing after 2500rpm the car jumps and does rev higher!

Today im going to get a new Fuel Filter and some electrical Contact Cleaner.. (hopefully works)

Im having a difficulty looking for forums or tutorials on ECU diagnostics
