P/window Jammed

Hey my driver side power window isnt going back up

I can hear the electrics click when I switch the button back and forth but the window wont come back up, do you guys think its jammed? I don't really want to take the interior panel out, where would I go to get this fixed properly?

It's going to be raining tomorrow so I have to take the other car to work now

take it to a auto leky but my money its a loose wire somewhere try ratling things about and turnin the ignition on and off but the skins gunna have to come off to fix it properly (its only a 2 min job)

might even just need lubricating ?

not hard to pull of the door panel by any means to have a look.

I left it for a while sitting in the car port and came back to try again and it worked, does any wiring for the windows get hot at all? Because electrical wires get heaps of resistance when they're hot right?

Like on my Pintara I had to get a relay put in because the old wiring stopped working properly under heat, had to let the bay cool down before I could start it.

I don't know what the probelm was...

Take the switch out, open it up and see if the contacts are all dirty, I've fixed a few by doing just this.

Though hearing the click makes it seem like that's not the problem..

the click is the relay (the black box in midle of the door) so this can mean its something between there and the motor or the motor itself

but seing as it went up later id bet dirty or loose conection somewhere

man sorry to hear that mate, if I had time I would have given you hands...

its very easy to take apart (portion of driver side panels) you there is 3 screw on the bottom then one on the handle just unscrew them then lift up...volla you can see inside the door.

Yeah I taken them off before on other cars, most are the same. Just have a quick look at where the screws are and clips.
