Hi all,

Putting the finishing touches on an order for new rims. The supplier has recommended the following.

18x8.5 +32 and 18x9.5 +38

Cars an R33 GTST S1

Can anyone confirm if there will be any issues with this?

Hey All,

Here is my new set up on my new car.

Skyline model = A31 Cefiro

Wheel diameter = 18" Do-Luck Double Six rims

Wheel width = 9.5"

Wheel offset = +15

Tyre size = Front 225/40/18 Rear 235/40/18

Modifications to fit = Flared/lipped guards approx. 20mm front and rear with 3.5 degree's front camber and 3 degree's rear.

Cheers

Phill

Skyline model = r32 4 door

Wheel diameter = 17 x 9

Offset = +25

Tyre size = Front 215/45/17 Rear 235/45/17

Modifications to fit = lipped rear, wider front guards... :D

Thinkin bout putting 20mm spacers on the front...could work, might be a little close to guards though?

Tried 25mm ones and are way too close to front bar and guard, looks cool but scared to crack more fibreglass!

will try 20mm ones soon...

Anyone run r33 gtr rims on a 32 with spacers? if so what size spacers on front and rear? Rear would be minimal size im guessing...

Cheers

Joey.

Skyline model = 1993 R32 GTR

Wheel diameter = 18" (Work XD9 Rims)

Wheel width = 4 x 10"

Wheel offset = +18

Tyre size = 4 x 275/35/ZR18 Semi Slicks (Not fitted in pics yet)

Modifications to fit = Just One, I lipped the rear arches. Also you need to make sure you buy the work hub rings overwise the wheels will be supported by the studs (not good) instead of the hub (good). My car is lowered so for the first few weeks it slightly rubbed against the front plastic wheel arch guide. No rubbing now.

Tyre size = 2 x 235/40/18 and 2 x 225/40/18

Modifications to fit = currently fitted with no modifications at all.

Getting 20mm front and rear spacers and guards rolled tomorrow

Tyres are still 7mm within the guards at front

Tyres are still 15mm within the guards at rear

^will need to know offsets but since theyre off a r32 gtst it should fit.

any pics of them on the car?

heres the link here for the wheels http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/18...ee-t267980.html

thanks for the help.......

That looks nuts Nisskid. Love it!

I have a 32 GTSt. Guards are rolled and pumped a bit.

I have Advan RS 18x9 +22 with 235/40/18 street tyres. They scrub a little but not too much.

For the track I use R33 GTR wheels (17x9 +30) with 235/45/17 semi's. No scrubbing at all when at the track.
