Heater

My best mate has just finished all big service on R32 (RB20) for me eg.timing belt,w. pump, 3 other belts, radiator flush+new fluid, trans service etc...However we are stuck on the HEATER - not working. Aircon cold is fine water pump working but we can not figure out whats wrong with heater? Please help?

Maybe? But where to look? Someone told me today it could be some sensors which controls door flap that lets hot air into the car, and these are located somewhere under the dash???

do any heater vents work? if you change 'mode' can you hear it behind the dash changing where its pointing the air?

The vents are working when I select the mode for heater but the air that's blowing out is not hot at all just like fan?? Cold air aircon is working fine!

Check the blendall motor behind the glove box. I have the opposite problem in that I can only get hot air coming out. One day when I can be bothered (hopefully before summer) I'll take it out and check it.

Apparently the flap that switches from hot to cold can get jammed.
