Proplem.. Noise.. Help..

Hi all.. alright i have a problem.. everytime i turn on my car up to the point where the elctricity coomes on and things like power window/ cd etc can be used there seems to be a crackling sort of noise comming from the air con vents?? i dont know what it is it just crackles and goes away afe a while?? can anyone help me at all??

Dude man i got the same noise ,when i turn the key to on just before starting i can hear fuel pump come on and like a crackling noise from the front ,then it dissapears.

Iwas thinking it sounds like water pumpin around squeezing hrough a small gap it also sounds like bubbles popping (the "crackling sound ")only does it when the car is cold ..ie in mornings .if the car has been started it doesn't do it

Can anyone shed some light on this
