Smokin!

I got a 32 gts-t, stock. When I drive the car normally, its fine, but when I change gears when gunnin it, i've been told that a small puff of white smoke is discharged from my exhaust. Does anyone know what it could be, and how to fix it?

Could be worn valve guides. Is the car using oil? If you are burning oil that will produce the smoke. But it would normally be blue smoke to indicate oil burning. White normally means condensation. Make sure the car is fully warmed up and get someone to watch again closely to see what color it is and exactly when it happens.
