Help Re-triming R33 Doors!!!!!!!

hey, i have a r33 and i want to re-trim my interior. does anyone here know how to re-trim the door inserts. i thought that when i took off the door panel i would be able to get the insert out somehow but i cant. has anyone here re-trimed their own doors, if so could you please give me some instructions or advice.

you have to rip them off as its just cloth glued onto foam, glued ontop the trim.
