Ecu For An Automatic R33 Gtst??

I know that ECUs have been discussed many times on this forum but I am still unsure what the best option is for an Auto. I have been told that Power FC is not compatible with Autos and my best bet would be to go with a piggyback ECU system rather then a stand alone ECU. I was wondering if anyone could post some brands and models of ECUs that are compatible with Autos.

I use a PFC on my show car (and it works fine) and my wifes car has an SAFCII and an SITC.
