Well ive just spent a whole 2 mins adjusting the box.

20 years of wear on the centure spline makes for some large play.

its a simple adjustment, all required is to adjust the pinion shaft up or down in the steering box. Now i think this only applys to manual box's

the pic below, shows where it is located. undo the nut, then adjust the shaft with a flathead screew driver, and tighten it down, this will tighten the pinion on the the splines to take any play out.

Worked great for me, I recomend driving it a little inbetween adjustments to make sure it isnt to tight for you.
