I'm sure you can bring in the car for motorsport use (regardless of age) but that would still require a lot of money and you can't drive it on a daily basis.

All the info and rules and regs you'll need can be found here.

A couple of my mates have already got their exemptions they said they were easy as to get. all you do is write a letter stating why you have to drive the performance car (mum and dads cars are both at work, they are auto and they cant drive manual, and say you cant get to work any other way cos they are at work). My mate said that, added a letter from his boss for good measure saying that he needed to be at work within 20 minutes of being called or his job would be at risk. That was it, sent it in, it was back within a week with his exemption.

Funny thing is, with this exemption in place it wouldnt have stopped the blue 34 GTR crash that started all this in the first place...

How can you say that this is because of that particular accident?

He was not the owner of the car..

exemptions are if you need the car for work or if the car is the only car in the household

i think if you get an exemption for the work reason, you will only be able to drive it during work hours or to/front work.. e.g it'll be dodgy if they caught you happy lapping on george street on a fri/sat night lolz

if you got your licence before july 11th and moved up to your greens, you will still be able to drive your car... its only those that lose their licence that will not be able to

Yeah i know it was his parents car. and you can get an exemption to drive your parents car , you would just have to think of a good reaso. like what if your parents only own a v8 or turbo car? And you cant afford a car of your own at the moment
