Nismo, Tomei and HKS(?) fuel pumps are all made by the same company in the same factory

pretty much identical pumps

and can anyone confirm wether that is a fuel pressure regulator or what cause if its a fuel pressure reg then it goes in the engine bay not in the fuel tank. Im not 100% on what it is though :S

If you look at my pics you can see where that thing goes.

It's not a fuel pressure regulator.

What it is exactly, I'm not sure.

Some peeps have said it's a non-return valve to stop the fuel going back to the tank when the car is switched off.

Doesn't hurt to put it in and takes a whole 60 secs?

Put it in already :P

And yes, the pump WILL work with standard everything, injectors, and regulator.

Have fun!

Same here. Installed mine already. Simple if you have the guts to put your hand inside the fuel tank.

I didn't install the supplied 'one way valve' but it works great. I feel more response now.

hi, I just ordered a walbro pump for my r33gts. IT seems to have leads instead of the standard pumps screw terminals.

How do I install it? If I solder the new wires on will standard heatshrink be ok in the tank(and will not melt in petrol, and short)?
