Help!! Change Gtr 32 Oil Pump

How do you know that the oil pump is not working?

Check that the oil pressure gauge is not the problem.

I take off the oul filter and strat engine, no engine oil out, the oil pressure gauge

show zero pressure and have red light.

take the rock cover off and start again, still no oil out..............

what should i do??

Could be a terminal problem - how did it first get no oil pressure? If its been running without pressure for any period of time you'll have caused extensive damage to the motor and will need a full rebuild...

Replace it while you have the motor out and rebuilding it.

Sounds like you need to replace more than just your oil pump.

Lube mobile will come to you - 13 - 13 - 32.......

Sh*t....... the engine had fully rebuild 6 months ago....

the pressure test for 6 is still over150.... head looks like no problem and work fine,

just no engine oil out....

should i need to rebuild my engine again??

Maybe you need to put some oil in it ....

You could simply replace the oil pump, see how it goes.

Chances are its not going to affect compression, more so stuff the bearings.
