Hey i just got a quote on getting a brand new Garret 2530 supplyed and fitted on my 93 r32 skyline. They said around 2500-2700 depending on how much pipe fittings cost. Firstly

Does this price sound resonable as i have no idea i usally do the work myself?

Secondly my car only has filter ehxuast and front mount and illbe getting a 040 fuel pump soonish. with this turbo will i need gtr injector and the resistior pack? which will also mean a tune too but supose i need this anyway however i will have to drive around on 10-12 psi untill i can afford gtr injectors.

The factory injectors wont be able to supply anymore than 200rwkw worth of fuel. The Garrett 2530, or rather, the GT28RS can support a bit more than that. So yes you'd need bigger injectors and also an ECU to control the show. $2500 supplied and fitted is resonable, but I think you can do better than that.

i'd prefere new one just reliablitly really.

Yeah i may ring around but i think a lot of places don't wana give a quote they just want to give you a price when its done...

ill fit a bosch 040 fuel pump then try get some more quotes as once i have done it i won't have money for tune or injectors for a bit but thats cool ill just run low boost

I didn't think that the standard injectors on an R32 would be able to supply 200rwkw of fuel?
