I must admit that I'm impressed, I thought the numbers would have never been reached by Bugatti.

Pictures and Review

Engine 72º W 16 (Yes, as in 16 Cylinders)

Weight 1900 kilo / 4188.8 lbs

Power 1001 bhp / 747 KW @ 6000 rpm

Torque 1250 Nm / 922 ft lbs @ 2200 rpm

Top Speed 407 km/h / 253 mph

0-60 mph Acceleration N/A

Drive All wheel drive

Gearbox 7 speed Sequential

Aspiration Quad Turbos

Interesting facts:

Despite the delays, Bugatti has managed to meet their goal set back in 2001, which was confirmed at the Ehra - Lessien Volkswagen proving grounds where a production Veyron topped out at 407 km/h (253 mph). The stellar acceleration figures are only outdone by the braking abilities; assistance from an airbrake and the massive carbon fibre discs can bring the car to a halt from its top speed in less than 10 seconds.
Just to be on the safe side none of the production cars will have 1001 bhp, but instead 5% to 8% more.

Yeah its fast - unfortunately it looks like something i had in development since last nights dinner and finally made it into production this morning after breakfast.

Still im sure there's plenty of people lining up for them.

Try 425mm ceramic/carbon composite at all 4 crns, that should do the trick. Oh I forgot it has verticle flaps that acts as air resistant brakes, from what I found out, they works the treat, but the price is hideous.

On another note Brisbane Audi are supposedly to be the distributor for Aust. and when you're in negotiation or ordering, some dude fly out from France to make note/details on your equipement levels after a substantial deposit.

For buying the car you get to visit the factory and fitted to your car and trained for in-vehicle use, by the factory.

Also there is 1 confirmed order.

The ENZO and Porsche GT are dedicated LHD, Also they can be spec without any emission control"exhaust&cat" also they too farking LOUD, and I mean loud as an understatement.

The Bug is built to order either LHD or RHD and they cone with full emission and noise control, which does say alot about the car ability to do what it does with all the strings attached, where as the previous 2 are just track cars disguise as street cars.

Also on another note, the Bug has a launch/Vmax sequence, where the main key has to be used, and a secondary button to activate it, and what it does is, goes through and check coolant/oil/heat/tyres and then shut down frontal opening & a/c then settles the car down to 50mm, all the guages blackens out and the only one still visible are highlighted. tacho and speedo is all is left of the entire intrument cluster.

Well if your gonna pay a million for a car youd expect that fancy shit!!

So, what would win? This or a Koenigsegg CCR? Both have almost identical claims for acceleration (0-100 in under 3 secs) and top speed (over 400km/h)... My money is on the Koenigsegg, despite a very slightly lower vmax - it's just so much lighter!

As for Price, my prediciton is the Bugatti will be at least $2.5 million once it lands here. Given a Pagani Zonda is $1.4 million over here, and that is signifficantly cheaper than the Bugatti will be in overseas markets.

I have seen a DVD of the Bug, courtesy of Audi Bris. on this car and althought I'm not a fan of it, but honestly, comparing the bug and the koenigseggCCR is like comparing a go-kart to an F1 car, Really the technology in the bugs is beyond me and many other imaginations. although conceptually a street car, but it would leave most super exotic lay in it wakes on the track.

There is a video of a k.CCR doing the round of hockemhein, going by the time a Z tune GTR would whip it up like a little school kid.
