i recently hit something in my line, it would be much appreciated if someone could give me some quick steps in removing the front bar, they do not have to be too in depth just a few pointers or tricks of the trade that may make it a quicker or easier process.

by the way its a S1 R33

sorry if this is the wong place to put this thread

thank you for any help

Bar is held in by 2 screws at each end got at from below inside the frontbar, may have 2 more screws at the bottom if you still have the plastic inner guards. remove grill then 3 screws or plastic pins across front of bar at top, clip under each headlamp assembly...just pull bar straight out..don't forget to unplug indicaters

When removing a front bar, do i have to remove the headlights in order to get the two clips under them off? There are two white clips underneath and it looks like i have to push the front bar up to get them off? help needed

You could do that, I'm assuming you have a factory frontbar like me...

I was lazy, I just smashed the bottom of the clip with a screwdriver so I could pull the frontbar off.

When I was done I placed the clips back in the same place albeit now they don't have the bottom part to hold in to the bar, but once back on the car they do the same job & haven't had any issues since then.

Besides, 90% of the bar is supported off the reo anyway.

If you have the time, take the headlights off if you know how to properly.
