Clutch Return Spring Anyone?

Hi all

Just a quick question:

Do any of you run a return spring on your clutch fork? I ask this because when I release my throw out bearing by sliding it up and down (without motor in and clutch off) it doesnt look like it returns all the way off.. Should I put a return spring on there to keep the throw-out bearing off the pressure plate?
