boiling water, lemon juice freash, and a clove of garlic finely sliced and diced, mix well and drink. This works a treat. Oh and a table spoon or so of honey

try headin to your local juice shop, and asking for a fruit and veg juice with a HUGE chunk of ginger in it! and then 2 top it off a shot of wheatgrass.
